Job Title: Urology Ambulatory Practice Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Urology Duration: Permanent Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 40 hrs per week Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute care experience, experience with catheters and drains preferred. License: Associate's in Nursing minimum, BSN preferred Certifications: None specified Must-Have: - Urology or chemotherapy/oncology experience preferred - Ambulatory, ED, and procedural experience preferred - Phone triage or walk-in triage experience a plus Description: This role includes administering medications and treatments. Telephone communication with patients is required. Instillations and patient education before and after procedures for urology patients in the ambulatory setting are key responsibilities.
