Overview Emdash is a progressive agency that builds campaigns and brands for social change, focusing on issues like decolonization, climate change, and gender justice. We are hiring a full-time Project Manager to oversee the lifespan of projects at Emdash. Responsibilities Guide project teams through the workflow, keeping them informed and on schedule. Manage Asana timelines and create project briefs. Ensure team accountability and track project deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain project budgets. Facilitate internal meetings, evaluate project success, and address project challenges. Qualifications Years of experience managing complex projects and teams. Ability to work in a fully-remote, asynchronous environment. Experience with creative teams and knowledge of Indigenous organizations is a plus. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or related education is valued. What We Offer Starting salary between $65,000 – $85,000, negotiable based on experience.
