PJT Partners in New York is seeking an Associate in Strategic Advisory focused on Latin America. You will evaluate, structure and advise on mergers, acquisitions and other strategic opportunities, while supporting due diligence, valuation and negotiations. This role requires 2-5 years of investment banking experience, fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, and a strong finance background. You will engage with C-suite clients and coordinate deal materials with a base salary of $200k–$250k, plus #J-18808-Ljbffr PJT Partners
