Job Highlights:
- Temp to Hire, Pay: $20-$22/hr
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
- Immediate benefits available while working through Express that include Medical, Dental, Vision, Short & Long Term disability, Employee Assistance Program, and weekly paychecks!
- Answering inbound/outbound calls (40/day, double during busy season)
- Respond to email and chat inquiries (60/day, double during busy season)
- Placing orders for customers
- Handling refunds and related data entry
- Answer questions related to payments, products, refunds
- Seeking candidates who are reliable, excellent communicators, willing to learn and have CRM experience.
- Some college coursework preferred
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams)
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
