Personal Support Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers to join our team in Wayne, MI. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or well-being to supervisors. Help with mobility and transfers to promote client safety. Maintain accurate records of services provided and any observations. Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures. Requirements Certification as a Personal Support Worker or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in personal care or a related field is an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation preferred. Pass a background check.
