Job Description

The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in performing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, material staging, material movements, and system transactions to support business operations. The position ensures materials are accurately received, stored, issued, and shipped while maintaining inventory integrity and compliance with GMP, ISO, AMP, and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming receipt of raw materials, components, and non-production items.
• Perform material put-aways and storage activities following warehouse procedures.
• Pull, stage, and issue materials for production, packaging, and other departments.
• Process outbound shipments according to GMP, AMP, and customer requirements.
• Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and system transactions.
• Coordinate carrier pickups and support transportation activities as required.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate records within SAP or other ERP systems.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation activities.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies as required.
• Process returned materials and support material disposition activities.
• Maintain accurate receiving, inventory, and shipping records in accordance with GMP, ISO, and AMP standards.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Support warehouse organization, housekeeping, and 5S initiatives.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and warehouse improvement projects.
• Cross-train in all warehouse functions to support operational needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Follow all company policies, safety requirements, and procedures.

• Proficiency in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and materials handling.
• Ability to perform cycle counts and operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Experience working in a cGMP environment preferred but not required.

Work Environment

The work environment is a warehouse setting with a first shift schedule from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime is available, and flexibility for working Saturdays is expected. Employees will use material handling equipment and adhere to safety protocols.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Irvine,CA.
