responsible for overseeing all aspects of a store's daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong sales performance, and efficient business operations. They recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while managing employee schedules, performance, and overall productivity. Store Managers oversee inventory control, merchandising, budgeting, cash handling, and loss prevention, ensuring the store meets company standards and financial goals. They analyze sales trends, implement strategies to drive revenue, resolve customer concerns, and maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment. This role requires strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills, along with the ability to motivate teams and achieve operational excellence in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities
