Head of People Technology & Workday Strategy

Neurocrine Biosciences seeks a leader to drive the People Technology strategy centered on Workday HCM. You will partner across HR, IT, Finance and Compliance to deliver scalable, secure solutions that improve the employee experience and business value.

You will build a high-performing team, govern platform design, and oversee deployments from discovery to benefits realization, including AI-enabled capabilities with strong data governance.
