Role As a Network Technician, you're pivotal in deploying and maintaining IT systems and applications. Your responsibilities encompass coordinating maintenance services, ensuring IT security compliance, managing incident/service request tickets, providing hands-on support and proactively creating IT procedures. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally in the maritime industry Proven success in deploying and implementing IT systems and applications Demonstrated ability to manage incident/service request tickets within SLA Proactive creation and documentation of IT procedures as needed Effective communication and coordination with various service suppliers Practical knowledge in general IT practices, actively contributing to incident resolution and support Proven capability to lead and collaborate in a dynamic and challenging maritime environment Additional Information Why join us?
