Parker Heating and Air, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a creative and high enery Content Creator / Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand through engaging storytelling and digital marketing efforts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Parker, CO.About the CompanyParker Heating and Air, Plumbing & Electric has proudly served the South Metro Denver area for over 23 years. We are a locally owned residential service company who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, happy customers, happy employees, and delivering better-performing systems.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and edit photo and video content (job sites, team members, installs, customer stories)Produce content for social media, advertisements, and digital platformsCollaborate with marketing partners to optimize ad performanceLeverage AI tools and modern strategies to increase reach and return on investmentPlan and support events, trade shows, and local promotionsCapture customer testimonials and success storiesManage online reputation across review platformsDevelop and send customer newsletters and marketing communicationsSupport recruiting marketing initiatives for open rolesManage branded materials such as swag and uniformsUse ServiceTitan Marketing Pro (training provided)QualificationsExperience with photography, videography, and basic lighting/audio setupProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar editing toolsExperience or strong interest in social media and digital marketingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational skills and attention to detailPassion for storytelling and showcasing customer experiencesFamiliarity with AI tools (preferred but not required)Positive attitude and alignment with company valuesCompensation & Benefits$28–$38 per hour based on experiencePerformance -based bonusesProfit sharing401(k) with up to 5% company matchMedical insurance and paid vacationGrowth opportunities within a stable, local companyThis is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a stable, locally owned company that values quality and long-term relationships.How to ApplyApply today with a quick, mobile-friendly application.
