Registered Nurse (RN) - CVICU

Schedule: Weekend requirement: 8 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule (combination of Fri/Sat/Sun)
Assignment Details: Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks
Requirements: Minimum RN experience required: 2 years Required experience: Trauma Level I care experience Patient ratio experience: 2:1 Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS EMR: EPIC (EPIC training/module required pre-start)
Roles & Responsibilities: Provide critical nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a cardiovascular intensive care setting. Monitor and interpret hemodynamic parameters and provide appropriate interventions. Manage complex patient care, including those post-cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries, heart/liver transplants, and ECMO therapy. Administer medications, fluids, and blood products as per protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
