Tri-Valley Fence Works is an established Pleasanton fencing company. We're hiring a closer who owns their jobs start to finish, working pre-set leads with no cold calling.
Pay & perks
- $1,600 biweekly base plus uncapped commission
- Year one: $78K–$94K+
- Company truck, phone, and paid training
The role
- Run pre-qualified appointments, then measure, quote, and close
- Line out crews on your jobs in the morning
- Do the final walkthrough and collect payment
You have
- 1+ year of in-home or B2C sales (roofing, solar, windows, etc.)
- A track record of hitting numbers
- A valid license and a clean driving record
