We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to gain buyer experience, sharpen their sales skills, and grow within a productive real estate environment while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who enjoys being in the field, meeting clients, touring properties, and learning how successful agents turn buyer opportunities into closed transactions.

You will connect with active buyers through the Zillow Flex program and learn how to guide them through the home search process. From identifying what clients are looking for to scheduling tours and showing properties, you will develop stronger communication skills while gaining a better understanding of buyer motivation and decision-making.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will learn how to follow up consistently, conduct effective buyer conversations, search for properties, host open houses, navigate negotiations, and understand the transaction process. Coaching and proven systems will provide structure as you build confidence and become more effective at converting opportunities into committed clients.

The goal is to help you develop beyond property showings and become capable of managing buyer relationships from the first conversation through closing. As your skills grow, you will have the opportunity to build your own pipeline, create repeat and referral business, and establish a productive real estate career.

$150,000+ at plan commissions

• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster

• Follow the team plan
• Learn language of sales and lead gen
  

• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Present yourself in a professional manner
• Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving

• Real estate license required
• Sales communication experience
