Responsibilities Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current Qualifications Client service experience as a sales representative a plus Skilled with Microsoft Office Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred About Company At Farmers Insurance, our employees set the tone, drive our strategy, and create world-class customer experiences.
