Senior Revenue Management Analyst

Overseeing and optimizing billing and revenue cycle processes, the remote Senior Revenue Management Analyst will manage end-to-end operations, ensuring accurate patient billing and driving operational performance through strategic planning and process improvement. Key responsibilities Manage daily revenue cycle operations, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices Analyze accounts receivable performance to improve cash collections and reduce outstanding balances Lead process improvement initiatives, including the implementation of automation tools and system enhancements Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in hospital billing and collections Knowledge of government and commercial payer regulations and reimbursement methodologies Experience with healthcare billing systems and patient accounting systems Master's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
