Events Marketing Associate

Position overview: This is an entry-level, on-site position that supports marketing strategy through live events, activations, and direct audience engagement. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others. What Makes This Different This is an active, on-site role rather than a remote or behind-the-scenes position. This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment. Key areas of ownership Assist with event marketing plans and onsite execution Interact directly with attendees, customers, and partners Coordinate promotional materials and event logistics Gather insights and support performance reporting We’re looking for someone who brings: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and dependable; comfortable initiating conversations; organized and adaptable; able to work effectively as part of an on-site team.
