IT Support Technician Location: Tallahassee, FL Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (subject to change) Duration: Temp-to-hire We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to join a growing team in Tallahassee. This role is responsible for providing technical support to end users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting via phone, email, or in person, and ensuring systems operate efficiently. Responsibilities Installing and configuring hardware and software Managing helpdesk tickets Performing routine maintenance Maintaining accurate documentation of technical solutions Diagnosing and resolving system, network, and application issues while delivering strong customer service Qualifications Knowledge of Windows or macOS operating systems Basic networking knowledge Strong problem‑solving skills Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users Customer‑focused approach Experience, relevant certifications (such as CompTIA A+), or related education (preferred but not required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
