LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER

The Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker works with families directly to support the family and their child’s progress. This role acts as a liaison, ensuring a comprehensive plan for each child is created. Essential Functions/Job Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate team meetings with families and other professionals Provide resources to families during intake and as needed Provide updates to PCP regarding client progress Provide family support groups virtually and/or in person Obtain formal feedback from families regarding their services and child’s progress Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other pertinent meetings as required Maintain records to guarantee information is readily available to interested parties Act as liaison with the public and mental health community to provide support with development goals Assist in creating procedures for training materials to improve programs for individuals Minimum Qualifications Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Fluent in Spanish Excellent written and oral communication skills Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
