We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate therapist—licensed or working toward licensure—to join our clinical team. In this role, you’ll make a direct impact by supporting a manageable caseload of 6–13 clients through weekly individual therapy sessions, daily group facilitation, and ongoing treatment planning. You’ll be an important part of our clients’ recovery journeys, helping them gain the tools, insights, and confidence to build meaningful lives in sobriety.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide weekly individual therapy sessions with clients in your caseload.
• Facilitate daily group therapy sessions that foster connection, recovery skills, and hope.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge paperwork within 24-48 hours of service.  
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of clinicians and staff to ensure the highest level of care.
• Provide support during difficult situations through crisis intervention, behavioral guidance, and de-escalation strategies that prioritize client safety and dignity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registration with DORA (CAT, CAS, ADDC, LPCC, LAC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Outgoing with a strong passion for helping individuals in addiction recovery.
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Flexibility, team-oriented mindset and a compassionate, client-centered approach.
• Recovery Status: For candidates in recovery, a minimum of 1 years of abstinence is required.

• Shift: Full-time (Four 10-hour shifts)or (5 8-hour shifts)
