About the Role: Provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring each resident receives individualized attention and care Monitor and report any changes in residents' condition, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and facility policies Responsibilities: Assist with vital signs, medication administration, and other medical treatments as directed by licensed nursing staff Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive and uplifting environment Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance resident care and satisfaction Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication Requirements: Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Arkansas High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training preferred Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends; flexibility to work overtime as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with residents, families, and healthcare team members Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
