Owings Mills, MD | Full-Time | In-Person Salary Range: $40,000 - 75,000 annually (base pay plus substantial bonus structure) Are you a salesperson who follows up, follows through, and genuinely enjoys helping customers make the right decision? Brody Brothers Pest Control is growing our sales team, and we're looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative who brings energy , confidence , persistence , and an exceptional eye for detail. We're looking for someone who believes sales isn't about pressure - it's about understanding the customer, identifying the right solution, earning their trust and confidently asking for their business. We don't believe in high-pressure sales tactics. But we're not afraid to sell. This is not a passive order-taking position. You will own sales opportunities, talk with customers about their needs, recommend the right solution, overcome objections, follow up consistently, and close business. We want someone who is naturally upbeat and engaging—but who also takes sales seriously. What You'll Do: Respond quickly to inbound sales leads and customer inquiries Ask the right questions to understand each customer's needs Recommend appropriate pest control services and clearly explain their value Prepare accurate quotes and confidently ask for the sale Own your leads from first contact through final disposition Follow up consistently with customers who have not yet made a decision Use effective objection-handling and consultative selling techniques Re-engage lost opportunities , canceled accounts, and inactive customers Contact existing customers when additional services would genuinely benefit them Maintain detailed, accurate records of calls, quotes, follow-ups, and outcomes Work closely with Customer Service, Scheduling, Operations, and our field team Meet or exceed sales, conversion, revenue, and activity goals We're Looking for a Sales Professional Who: Has 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience Has experience working toward sales goals, quotas, or conversion targets Understands consultative selling rather than simply reading a script Is comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections Has a warm, positive, engaging personality and builds rapport quickly Is motivated by results and the opportunity to earn commission Is highly organized and capable of managing multiple leads at different stages Doesn't allow follow-ups, callbacks, quotes, or opportunities to fall through the cracks Takes ownership of commitments and finishes what they start Communicates professionally by phone, email, and in writing Is comfortable learning and working in multiple computer systems Cares about the customer's experience—not just making a sale What Success Looks Like Here: Attention to detail: You're the kind of person who knows where your leads stand. Follow through: If you tell a customer you'll call Thursday, you call Thursday. Accuracy: Your notes are accurate. Your quotes are correct. Your follow-ups happen.
