Family Medicine Physician

A physician-led practice in Minnesota is looking for a Family Medicine physician to join a collaborative, patient-centered team. This role offers flexibility in how you practice, strong clinical support, and the ability to shape your scope based on your interests—all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Flexible structure: choose 100% outpatient or include inpatient care if preferred
No call requirements
Patient volume averages 18–20 per day
Extended appointment times to support quality, relationship-driven care
EPIC EMR with AI-assisted documentation tools
Dedicated on-site care team and strong specialty referral network
Integrated care model that minimizes administrative burden so you can focus on patient care

Practice Overview

Full-time schedule with 36 patient-facing hours (reduced clinic time if including inpatient work)
Monday–Friday, daytime hours
Optional shifts in walk-in clinic or emergency medicine for added variety
Procedures are optional and based on your interests

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary $323,000 with productivity incentives
$150,000 Sign-on bonus
Relocation assistance available
Starting with 6 weeks of paid time off
CME support and comprehensive benefits package, including retirement matching
J1 and H1b Visas Available
