Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

This position requires a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) specialized in Medical Surgical nursing. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in this specialty. The role involves a patient ratio of 1:7 with team nursing support. Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center and large hospital settings is required. Travel experience is necessary. First-time travelers will not be considered unless they have more than 3 years of recent experience. Weekend availability may be required on an as-needed basis. Candidates must be in compliance with licensure guidelines. All requested time off must be included at the time of submission. RTO submitted after the offer will not be accepted. This role involves caring for adult and geriatric patients with a variety of medical diagnoses. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of charting systems may be beneficial. The facility supports interdisciplinary teamwork and provides various patient care services.
