Will you grow with us?/ppOur Account Executives sell in one of the most dynamic industries, namely automotive. Account Executives leverage relationships with C-level executives and their staff to develop new relationships with business leaders to grasp their unique company processes and challenges more fully. An Account Executive will work with a thorough understanding of their industry to be able to communicate the use and value of Car Warss AI. They also display the innovative power of our products and solutions to serve our clients and make their organizations more productive, transparent, and efficient./ppWhat youll do:/pulliExecute the Car Wars Sales playbook/liliIdentify and develop sales pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions./liliDevelop relationships with new and established customers to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas./liliPrepare and deliver quality presentations tailored to prospects needs and priorities./liliProvide product and pricing information, prepare and negotiate sales contracts./liliDemonstrate a willingness to learn and apply Car Wars best practices./liliApply industry, business, and technical knowledge to achieve both individual and team objectives./liliCommunicate and collaborate with internal Car Wars teams to ensure a successful product launch, onboarding, and ultimately a long-term relationship with Car Wars./li/ulpOur ideal candidates:/pulliHave a proven sales track record, preferably in automotive and software sales./liliExperience of establishing relationships with car dealership owners, general managers, CRM/marketing managers is preferred./liliHas a bachelors degree./liliAre self-motivated, disciplined and process oriented./liliHave a genuine curiosity to understand our clients business challenges./liliAre empathetic listeners with excellent communication skills./liliThrive in a team and fast-paced environment./liliCan travel in-territory up to 40% of the time./li/ulpWhats in it for you:/pulliCompetitive salary package (immediate PTO)/liliFull medical and dental insurance plans/liliFidelity 401k with company match options/liliFun perks include a monthly gym reimbursement, a monthly reading allowance, and a monthly wellness allowance/liliClearly defined opportunities for career growth/liliMentorship programs with our Executive teams/liliCatered breakfast Thursdays, Employee of the Month rewards, quarterly company events, weekly happy hours/liliFun and collaborative work environment/li/ulpGreatness is rewarded at Car Wars.
