Resource's typical working day: General desk top support Hardware/software support Desktop support helping a wide range of end users Responding to tickets Maintaining office technology Front facing customer service Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level Backend office MS Office Support MS Intune Active Directory Remote management Incident Request Management

Must Have Skills

Good technical skills, Good customer service

Nice to Have Skills

Banking or law firm support work, Experience with Apple iOS Adobe Acrobat

Years of Experience

5+ years Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, if no degree, they will need 5 years extra experience Software skills: MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
