Blue Foxx Restaurant — Now Hiring

Blue Foxx Restaurant is building a strong opening team. We are looking for dependable, professional, hospitality-driven individuals who take pride in their work, understand teamwork, and are ready to help build a new restaurant from the ground up.

Bartender

Seeking experienced, personable bartenders with strong cocktail knowledge and excellent guest service skills. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, maintain a clean and organized bar, accurately handle payments, follow responsible alcohol service standards, and work well with the FOH team. Craft cocktail experience is strongly preferred.

Server

Seeking polished, energetic servers who understand that great service goes beyond taking orders. Must be attentive, knowledgeable, professional, able to confidently explain menu items and make recommendations, manage multiple tables, and create a memorable guest experience.

Host

Seeking a warm, organized, and professional host to serve as the first and last impression of Blue Foxx. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations and wait times, answering phones, communicating with the service team, and maintaining an organized front entrance.

Line Cook

Seeking skilled and dependable line cooks who can execute recipes consistently in a fast-paced kitchen. Must understand proper food handling, sanitation, station setup, prep, temperature control, plating standards, and teamwork. Restaurant kitchen experience is preferred.

Sous Chef

Seeking an experienced Sous Chef with strong leadership, organization, and culinary execution skills. Responsibilities include supporting daily kitchen operations, supervising and training BOH staff, maintaining recipe and plating standards, managing prep and production, monitoring food quality and sanitation, and assisting with inventory and waste control. Leadership experience is required.

Dishwasher / Utility

Seeking a reliable and hardworking dishwasher/utility team member to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen. Responsibilities include washing dishes, cookware and equipment, maintaining dish and sanitation areas, removing trash, assisting with general kitchen cleaning, and supporting the BOH team as needed.
