Registered Nurse

Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights: Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

Location: Evanston Hospital

Full Time/Part Time: Full time-36 hr/wk

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00pm 7:30am, rotating weekends

Required Travel: no

What you will do:

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

What you will need:

• Education: BSN degree preferred
• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required. Must obtain ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate within (9) nine months of hire.
• Experience: 1 year experience required.
