Our School Van Drivers are vital to helping us deliver services to our students and extended school community. At TES, you will be a part of the solution, helping us achieve goals that allow all students to learn and thrive. Driver $19 - $21.34/hr* *Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time). Why Join Us? Competitive Total Compensation Package Merit-based Annual Raises Excellent Mentorship Program & Exceptional Training Programs Opportunities for Professional Growth & Advancement Comprehensive Benefits including Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance Generous Paid time off & Retirement Plans Expectations: drive and picks up students, clients, and occasionally parents. maintain and update route sheets, including left & rights (directions). monitor and maintain order among the students on the school van following school policies. complete daily van safety checks. check and add fuel, oil, and water as needed. ensure the van is maintained in a safe operating condition. submit reports on mechanical defects and other reports as assigned. attends driver safety meetings. use good judgment concerning laws, policies, and rules while operating their assigned vehicle. actively maintains safe driving practices and emergency van evacuation procedures. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite) Valid Class C license with experience DL 51 medical card will be required willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR training (we sponsor) 2 points or less on a Department of Motor Vehicles H6 printout (must provide if hired) ability to lift 50 pounds must clear a current background check through the FBI and DOJ a current TB Test (within the last 2 months) Environment & Physical Qualifications: Varied work environments, including classrooms, clinics, and homes Moderate to loud noise levels and physical demands may vary Working with individuals exhibiting diverse behaviors and needs Ready to make an impact?
