Store Manager in Training

Additional compensation may include annual and quarterly performance bonuses and premiums based on schedule, location, and performance. Role Overview & Responsibilities Assist the store manager in sales, appearance, and overall store operations. Supervise professional and retail operations, including all delivery and installer service specialists and parts merchandising specialists. Recruit, hire, evaluate, promote, discipline, and discharge team members. Conduct employee performance evaluations and recommend pay increases. Ensure safety compliance and provide appropriate training to all team members. Make sales calls, with a schedule for weekly customer outreach. Maintain the delivery fleet and document vehicle records. Utilize electronic scheduling, clocking, and payroll systems. Monitor gross profit, review professional customer returns, price matches, and price overrides. Analyze individual team member productivity and KPI dashboards; review the monthly P&L statement with the store manager. Qualifications High School Diploma. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Completion of Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program. Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately. Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment, and systems. Desired Experience Experience at an O'Reilly store and/or distribution center. Completion of the O'Reilly management training program. Advanced computer skills. ASE Certification. Proficiency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
