SLP - Speech Language Pathologist -West Valley

Inspired Home Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing Home Health team serving the East Valley area of Maricopa County. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful one-on-one patient care.

As a Home Health SLP, you'll help patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities in the comfort of their own homes while making a lasting impact on their quality of life.

Compensation

• Competitive pay: $90–$120 per visit

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services in patient homes throughout the East Valley
• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
• Address speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers to coordinate care
• Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and progress
• Help patients regain independence and improve overall quality of life

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Speech Language Pathologist license
• Home Health experience preferred
• Experience with EMR documentation systems
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel throughout the East Valley

Additional Requirements

Candidates must successfully pass:

• OIG exclusion screening
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance verification
