Este rol brindará apoyo tanto a los gerentes como a los asociados de ventas, lo cual es fundamental para el éxito de nuestra tienda. Cree un momento de compra inolvidable que supere las expectativas, mostrando un excelente conocimiento del producto y generando lealtad a la marca. Aprovecha las oportunidades y supere las expectativas de los objetivos comerciales y los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI), estableciendo nuevos récords y logrando un éxito notable. Genere seguidores leales interactuando de manera auténtica y fomentando conexiones duraderas más allá de las transacciones. Sueño con capacitar e inspirar al equipo de ventas, fomentando la responsabilidad por el desempeño individual y de la tienda. Brindar retroalimentación y orientación en tiempo real para empoderar al equipo a lograr sus objetivos de KPI. Construye tu carrera con nosotros si tienes: Puede demostrar que es un vendedor orientado a resultados con al menos 2 años de experiencia en un entorno de ventas de alto rendimiento. Has desarrollado un sentido de cuidado en tus habilidades de comunicación tanto escrita como verbal. Sabes cómo encantar y cautivar a una audiencia con la capacidad de conectar con personas en todos los niveles de la organización. Su perspicacia empresarial es más afilada que un diamante , sumada a su pensamiento analítico, puede mostrar y ofrecer resultados positivos. Eres un maestro en la gestión del tiempo, estableciendo y ajustando prioridades sin esfuerzo mientras delegas tareas como un profesional. Conocimiento de software informático general (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) y sistemas de puntos de venta minoristas. Tiene al menos 18 años o más y puede proporcionar prueba de identidad y elegibilidad para trabajar. Sueña y disfruta de la aventura!
