What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls using warm leads only (no cold calling).
• Build relationships and educate clients about Medicare coverage options.
• Schedule appointments and transfer qualified prospects to licensed agents.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM.
• Meet performance goals while delivering outstanding customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Associate degree in Business or related field.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Coachable, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Interest in sales, healthcare, or insurance.
• Willingness to become a licensed Medicare Sales Representative (training provided).

Preferred

• Sales, customer service, retail, or call center experience.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or Vietnamese).
