Novato Community Hospital – Novato, California

• 47-bed acute care hospital serving Northern Marin County.
• Primary Stroke Center.
• 24/7, 9-bed Emergency Department.
• Annual volume of 17,500 with a 13% admit rate.
• Great relationships with our transfer partners and advanced help when indicated is only 15 minutes away for walk-in STEMI/trauma patients.
• Vituity scribe support available.
• Additional resources at site include Inpatient/Outpatient surgery, Medical/Surgical unit, Critical Care unity, Imaging services, Outpatient Laboratory, and Physical Therapy and Sports Fitness Center.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
