Elevate your dining table and your career!About the RoleAre you a detail-oriented, quality-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Quality Manager to lead the execution of quality and food safety strategies while driving operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.In this role, you'll act as a key liaison between manufacturing, supply chain, and leadership teams, partnering across functions to ensure quality systems support safe, efficient, and scalable operations.How You Will Make an ImpactLead end-to-end quality and food safety program execution, ensuring compliance with SQF, HACCP, and regulatory requirementsManage audit readiness and regulatory compliance, overseeing documentation, training, and timely resolution of findingsLead nonconformance and corrective action processes, including root cause analysis for customer complaints and internal quality issuesDevelop organizational capability by delivering training programs that build quality and food safety awareness across teamsServe as the primary quality contact for customers and suppliers, ensuring timely resolution of quality concernsMaintain accurate quality systems and documentation, supporting consistency across operations and compliance requirementsSupport forecasting, risk assessments, and business planning through data insights and performance analysisPartner with cross-functional teams on new product introductions, capital projects, and enterprise quality initiativesCoordinate inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews to ensure ongoing compliance and operational readinessThe Essentials5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of quality systems, food safety standards (SQF, HACCP), and regulatory requirementsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive accountabilitySelf-starter with a strong sense of ownership and results orientationOptional but ImpressiveBachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in food safety programs (SQF, Food Defense, Food Fraud)Certifications such as SQF Practitioner, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologiesBecause You Deserve ItWe don't just hire great people, we take care of them.Competitive salary and incentivesTime off that lets you rechargeRetirement savings optionsGrowth opportunities that elevate your careerComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision benefitsPet insurance, because your furry friends matter too
