Certified Athletic Trainer

At F.I.T. Muscle & Joint Clinic, we take a multi-specialty approach to musculoskeletal health by integrating the expertise of physical therapists, chiropractors, occupational therapists, hand therapists, and athletic trainers. Our providers utilize varied techniques such as soft-tissue therapy (dry needling, Graston, ART), joint manipulations, dynamic neuromuscular stabilization, and functional rehabilitation. We focus on delivering personalized, one-on-one care to help patients reduce pain while improving their overall function. Our mission is to ensure our patients feel "Better Than Before." Role Description Full-Time opportunity with varying opportunities for additional compensation. Schedule and expectations may vary seasonally. Provide athletic training services to a prominent Kansas City University. Work collaboratively with the University's sports medicine team. Provide athletic training services in the athletic training room M-F and at scheduled games. Act as a liaison between medical providers, coaches, and athletes. Maintain accurate medical records. This position requires the ability to travel with the team as deemed necessary by the lead athletic trainer.
