Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings within a small, rural acute care facility
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; manage patients requiring telemetry and cardiac monitoring
• Maintain patient ratios of 5:1 for standard acuity and 3:1–4:1 for higher acuity PCU patients
• Care for a broad patient population ranging from newborn to geriatric
• Work independently with minimal orientation in a fast-paced, small-unit environment
• Document and manage patient care using Medhost EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire RN license or valid Compact RN license
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS certification
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in PCU, Med/Surg, and/or Telemetry
• Telemetry experience required ; must be comfortable working across MS, Tele, and PCU specialties
• Medhost EMR experience required
• Completed basic dysrhythmia test must be included in profile
• Candidate must have their own vehicle for this assignment
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience in a rural or small facility setting highly preferred
