Full Time Patient Services Specialist- Gastonia OUC

We are currently searching for a Full Time Patient Services Specialist to work with our OrthoCarolina Gastonia Orthopedic Urgent Care team. Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 12:00pm – 9:00pm. Essential Functions: Prepares paperwork necessary for the patient visit. Answers incoming phone calls, directs calls, makes appointments, and performs cashier duties as directed, including posting of charges. Collects co‑payments/co‑insurance and balances due. Follows the process for release of medical information and FMLA/disability forms completion as requested. Skills and Abilities Excellent customer service skills Working knowledge of insurance Epic/EMR background a plus Medical terminology Qualifications High school graduate and/or associate or bachelor's degree Prefer minimum of one year experience in medical clinic setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein)
