Together, our industry-leading approach includes:Regular caseload check-ins and clinical consultation from in-house Directors who carry no caseloadsLocal office support with the resources of a national organizationCEU, license, and tuition reimbursementMedical, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) with company matchSpread pay option, paid sick time, and life/short-term disability insuranceQuarterly appreciation gifts and online lending libraryWhat You'll DoConduct comprehensive evaluations of cognitive, emotional, adaptive, and behavioral functioning using standardized tools; translate findings into actionable recommendations for students and teamsDevelop and consult on IEPs and 504 plans, create evidence-based interventions, and lead or participate in IEP meetings with families and staffProvide crisis support during school emergencies and offer staff training on mental health, behavior management, and instructional strategiesMaintain accurate, confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress; prepare detailed reports that meet legal, ethical, and compliance standardsActively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review and develop student intervention plansPartner with educators, families, related service providers, and outside agencies to foster a school culture built on collaboration and student growthWhat We're Looking For:Must HaveDepartment of Education School Psychologist Certification in the state where services are deliveredDepartment of Justice/FBI Background Check (or equivalent state or national fingerprint clearance)IVP Fingerprint Clearance CardEligibility to work in the United StatesPreferredCertification from the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP)Prior experience working as a school psychologist in a K–12 settingAbout Point Quest Group:Point Quest Group is a leading national provider of special education services, partnering with 350+ school districts to help students with unique needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
