Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes in condition to nursing staff Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety techniques Support patients with meals, feeding, and nutritional intake documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and residents Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams Follow infection control protocols and adhere to all HIPAA and facility compliance standards Requirements: Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Georgia Previous experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare setting preferred CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered, empathetic approach to care Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends Reliable, punctual, and professional with strong attention to detail Must pass a background check and drug screening About Us: Precious Hands Staffing Agency LLC is a trusted healthcare staffing agency proudly serving Gwinnett, Dekalb, Fulton, Walton, GA areas ...and more, dedicated to connecting skilled caregivers with facilities that need them most.
