You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care and treatments

• Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition.

• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Hawaii

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

• Must have 1 year nursing experience

Locations We’re Hiring: Kona area (must be willing to go to Hilo for 3 day orientation)

Type: Per Diem with on-call rotation expectation to manage x 1 case weekly

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation: $68-$73 per point
