Hogan Development Role

This is a 100% remote role with US Bank. This will move quickly. Good candidates will move right to final round interview.

Project Scope / Components:

• This resource will be supporting the Union Bank merger – they are in process of taking in Union’s customer data, converting it to US Bank’s format, and loading it into US Bank’s systems.
• Manages deposits and does heavy lifting of big data
• Vendor delivered software
• Developed in 1980s
• Hogan is a custom vendor application/software
• Hogan experience is requested because it takes many years to learn Hogan. There are different applications. They have CIS customer information systems, charge card/debit cards. They are looking for someone who has good knowledge of CIS and someone with leadership quality. They have contractors on and off shore. They’re looking for someone who can manage offshore contractor. They need someone on shore who can coordinate with and get the task done. Agile methodology (not required). That will be a plus if someone has agile experience. This is the immediate need right now but they always come up with a need at some point. This is an ongoing initiative.
