About the Role: Join our dynamic team at 9Round - Elk Grove as a Certified Personal Trainer! You'll have the opportunity to inspire and motivate clients while delivering high-energy workouts in a supportive environment. Responsibilities: Lead 30-minute kickboxing-inspired circuit training sessions for clients. Provide personalized fitness assessments and goal-setting for members. Monitor and support clients' progress, ensuring proper form and technique. Create a welcoming and motivating atmosphere for all fitness levels. Conduct regular equipment checks and maintain a clean workout space. Build strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and satisfaction. Stay updated on fitness trends and continuously improve training methods. Promote 9Round programs and events to engage the community. Requirements: Certified Personal Trainer certification from a recognized organization. Experience in group fitness instruction or personal training preferred. Strong knowledge of exercise techniques and nutrition basics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. CPR/AED certification is a plus. Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
