About the Job
Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More is looking for a friendly, creative person who enjoys graphic design and helping customers. You'll work in the store in Shorewood, IL , creating custom apparel designs and assisting customers with their orders.
Schedule & Benefits
- 30+ hours during our open hours of Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM- 2:00 PM

What You'll Do
- Help customers create custom designs for apparel
- Place designs onto company templates and print them
- Explain products and services to customers
- Process sales using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Answer phones, emails, and greet customers
- Keep the store clean and organized
- Receive inventory, unpack shipments, stock shelves, and fold apparel
- Lift up to 40 pounds when needed
- Assist with other store tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of graphic design experience (although we can train!)
- At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable and organized with good time-management skills
- Enjoy working with customers and helping bring their ideas to life
