Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Oklahoma physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates and first-time travelers will be considered.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week and seeing 12–14 patients per day with follow-up double-booking expected.
• Willingness to follow clinical direction regarding OT hours; OT must be approved by the director before any OT hours are worked.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience treating general orthopedics. Pelvic health referral experience is a plus.

Assignment Details

• Shift: Days.
• 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
• Float to other clinics: no.
• Patient population: general orthopedics; pelvic health referrals available.
• Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week; will see 12–14 patients per day; double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
