Job Description A facility near Indianola, IA, is seeking a Social Worker to join their behavioral health team! Social Worker Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent opportunity
- Mon-Fri;Day Shift
- Provide evidence-based mental health counseling, psychosocial assessments, and individualized treatment planning.
- Coordinate patient care with psychiatrists, interdisciplinary teams, and community agencies.
- Maintain compliant EHR documentation, promote patient safety and quality improvement, and support staff education.
- Social Worker must have or be eligible to sit for LISW in the state of Iowa
- Must have a Master's Degree or higher in social work
- Previous outpatient or acute care experience preferred
