You'll be a hands-on leader who supports daily operations, develops team members, and drives continuous improvement across the production floor. You'll partner closely with supervisors and leaders while serving as a trusted resource for your team. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and support a production team by assigning work, balancing priorities, and helping achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. Coach, train, and develop employees through hands-on guidance, feedback, cross-training, and performance monitoring to strengthen team capability and engagement. Facilitate root cause problem solving (RCPS) and continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing tools, 5S, and standardized processes to eliminate obstacles and improve results. Monitor adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures while addressing production, equipment, and quality-related issues as they arise. Serve as an extension of the Supervisor or Shift Leader by providing day-to-day leadership, supporting communication across teams, and acting as the designated point of contact when leadership is unavailable. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. At least 2 years of manufacturing experience, ideally within a production environment similar to the area being led. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective coaching, training, and performance feedback. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive corrective actions in a manufacturing setting. Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
