About the Role Experiment is one of the fastest‑growing and most strategic bets at Amplitude. It sits at the intersection of product, data, and decision‑making, and we’re looking for a Staff Product Engineer to help take it to the next level. You’ll operate as an owner, shaping both the product and the technical direction of a system used by some of the most sophisticated product teams in the world. You’ll work across the stack—React frontend, Node.js and Python backend—to build intuitive, high‑performance experiences that make experimentation accessible, powerful, and trustworthy. Salary Information Based on Colorado law, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Colorado: Colorado range: $198,000 - $299,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission). Based on legislation in New York City: New York City salary range: $220,000 - $331,000 total target cash. Based on legislation in California for the San Francisco Bay Area: $220,000 - $331,000 total target cash. Outside the Bay Area: $198,000 - $299,000 total target cash. Based on legislation in Washington state: $198,000 - $299,000 total target cash.
