CDP/MA/OneTrust Operations Sr. Manager

Vertex Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Manager to oversee marketing automation, customer data platform operations, and consent management. The role involves translating business needs into operational requirements, managing customer data activation, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to optimize marketing capabilities and ensure data governance compliance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic goals and channel requirements
- Translate business requirements into operational specifications for CDP, identity resolution, and marketing automation
- Manage customer data activation, segmentation, journey orchestration, and personalization strategies
- Oversee execution backlog, prioritize work, and align stakeholders on timelines and dependencies
- Monitor platform performance, gather feedback, and ensure privacy and data governance compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, science, information systems, or related field
- Six or more years in marketing technology delivery, business systems, or platform operations
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, and APIs
- CDP concepts expertise including identity resolution and audience management
- Experience with OneTrust or similar consent and preference management platforms
- Proficiency in requirements definition, UAT, Agile methodology, and Jira
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and oversee technology partners
Compensation: $144,000 - $216,000 base
