In addition to 11 paid holidays, 2-3 weeks vacation, 401K, etc.Target Salary: $75,000-85,000Bonus/ Incentives/ Stock Options: up to 10% annual bonusHours: Mon-Fri, 5am-5pm and Saturdays, 5am-1pmJob Summary: Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts while ensuring supplier and customer compliance with contract and material requirements.Job Duties:Plan and order materials to support production across assigned locations and inventory cribsReview inventory levels and planned demand to create purchase orders as neededCommunicate regularly with customers to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on timeOversee the inventory cycle count program, including coordinating monthly counts and reviewing resultsAnalyze inventory and demand reports to support 12-month production forecasts and ensure system accuracyPartner with Engineering on packaging improvements, drawings, and other project initiativesProvide backup support for indirect purchasing, including shop floor supply orders.Supervise, coach, and evaluate team membersAssist with and participate in physical inventory activitiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be consideredTwo or more years of inventory control, inventory management, or related experiencePrevious leadership or supervisory experience preferredExperience with forecasting, inventory planning, and budgetingManufacturing experience requiredStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detailExperience using SAP or a similar ERP systemProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.#inPR #J-18808-Ljbffr Sterling Engineering, Inc.
