Operations Lead

About the Role: You already know you're the person who takes the wheel. Captain of your team. The one who always ended up running the group project. The one who can't watch something go sideways without stepping in to help fix it. Maybe you don’t have the manager title yet – or maybe you’re even a year or two in - you just need a little extra room to grow into a Leadership role. AdviceOne is growing, and we're looking for that person to lead within our Operations team. Someone our team can invest in and build into a leader. You'll work side by side with our leadership team, sharpening your leadership, management, and accountability skills as you grow with mentorship towards becoming a manager. If you feel your greatest wins have come from influencing and developing others to their greatest potential, this role could take that to the next level. Responsibilities include: Own the day-to-day management of your team, keeping work moving and priorities clear Build and maintain our culture of urgency and accountability Coach, train, and develop your team; take real ownership of their growth Mentor team members through challenges, not just tasks, and invest in where they go next Spot what's broken or inefficient and create better ways of doing things Partner with leadership to shape and execute strategy for your area About You: You’re a natural leader and get energy from it.
